Kelvra PET‑G CF05 is a keenly specified carbon‑fibre‑reinforced PET‑G filament, formulated with 5% carbon fibre to deliver improved stiffness, dimensional stability, and surface definition—without sacrificing PET‑G’s well‑known durability and chemical resistance.
The carbon fibre reinforcement reduces flex and internal movement, helping parts hold shape more confidently during printing and in service. Compared to standard PET‑G, PET‑G CF05 offers sharper geometry, increased rigidity, and cleaner feature definition, particularly on flat surfaces and structural elements.
At the same time, this formulation remains controlled and printable, slotting neatly into PET‑G workflows without excessive tuning. It’s a capable step‑up for applications where standard PET‑G feels a little too compliant, but heavier fibre‑loaded composites would be unnecessary.
Carbon Fibre Where It Matters
With a moderate 5% carbon fibre content, PET‑G CF05 is deliberately balanced—adding meaningful stiffness and stability while keeping print behaviour predictable. Parts emerge with a technical, low‑sheen finish that looks purposeful straight off the printer, ideal for functional components where appearance still counts.
